The Town Clerk's department is responsible for seven major categories:
- Board of Canvassers
- Boards, Commissions and Committees
- Land Evidence Records
- Licenses and Permits
- Probate Court
- Town Council Meetings, Agendas and Minutes
- Vital Records which consist of Birth & Death Certificates and Marriage Licenses.
This office is responsible for the maintenance, indexing and storage of all of these records as required by State Law.
